• With more power rock than power pop, XTC’s fourth studio album became the first XTC album to make the UK Top 20 at the time of its release in September 1980, and narrowly missed the Top 40 (# 41) in the US, where it was released in November of that year. The band’s sense of directness, their rush to reach their full potential is as evident now as it was at the time of its first release.
  Steven Wilson’s new stereo & 5.1 mix has made every nuance of the original recordings even more present on what is one of the best mixed and produced albums of the era. The master was newly cut by Jason Mitchell at Loud Mastering Studio and pressed on 200 gram vinyl.
