The Dream Syndicate - The Universe Inside

Released 1st May 2020.

SK Albums of the Year 2020.

'Steve Wynn's Paisley Underground survivors invited listeners to forget everything we think we know about The Dream Syndicate, reinventing themselves as a longform psych jam band with this heady stoner rock trip. Nothing here clocks in under 7 minutes and album opener "The Regulator" exceeds the 20-minute mark. Nearly 40 years on from 'The Days of Wine and Roses' and with Wynn's strong solo career in between, the band remain capable of confounding expectations.'
