Following the news that all three Lush albums are going to be reissued, Emma Anderson, the bands co-founder, hasannounced her debut solo album,Pearlies, which will be released by Sonic Cathedral on October 20, 2023.

One of the most underrated British songwriters to emerge from the era that encompassed shoegaze and Britpop, she has teamed up with producer James Chapman (aka Maps) for this collection that combines effervescent electronic popwith psych and folk textures with lyrics covering themes such as confronting your fears, embracing independence andmoving on in life.
