Gus White - For Now, Anyway

Released 14th November 2025

Produced, mixed and mastered by himself, and featuring the warmth and hiss of 2-inch tape, For Now, Anyway tells his story of heartbreak and recovery after a devastating break-up. White reflects, I wrote these songs to try to understand myself in a time of overwhelming uncertainty. Maybe so I had something to cling on to. Recorded live at his home studio in Chute, with a band comprising local musicians and friends, Gus White blends folk, country and Americana in an album that feels home-grown, matured, and authentic in its direct, foundational songwriting.
