To mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album Employmenttraditionally celebrated with fine chinaKaiser Chiefs are releasing expanded China Anniversary editions. The 2LP version includes 15 extra tracks, featuring B-sides, CD single bonuses, and two unreleased songs exclusive to this release. The 3CD edition goes further, adding 40 tracks with demos, remixes, radio sessions, and live recordings that trace their journey from Leeds clubs to festival headliners. The original album was remastered at Abbey Road Studios, with the bonus content carefully selected by the band from their archives.

Released in March 2005, Employment reached No. 2 on the UK album chart and stayed in the Top 40 for over 17 months.
