• The funk icons THE METERS have influenced many soul music bands with their tight grooves, exciting interplay and infectious group singing.
  The band released Rejuvenation in 1974, their best album to date. The crystal-clear production was an innovation compared to her earlier works, but still included her typical “naked” song structures and the flawless, interlocking grooves. But they always left room for inspiring jams.
  “Rejuvenation” includes the hits “Just Kissed My Baby”, “People Say” and “Hey Pocky A-Way”. The latter two are included as bonus pieces in their revised single versions.
